Hydraulic cylinder production

In order to react faster to customers needs and increase ability to adapt to changes fast, Hydroline Oy made big steps towards international growth by expanding their factory with extra 1000 m2 of fully automated production line. By implementing robots and other technological solutions in their production process, the human error rate has been reduced to minimum and the company has managed to increase their efficiency and quality as well as meet the customers expectations even more flexibly.

ITA Nordic Oy is an innovative and fast-growing engineering company specializing in turning and milling high-quality, technically demanding parts and assemblies. The company consists of a team of 60 employees, their products include 28 CNC machines, 14 industrial robots, as well as the Fastems FMS system. Individual or series production – the robot will always ensure constant high accuracy on time!

Carton removal & Palletizing

To address the increasing labor shortages and increase competitiveness, cheese producer from Latvia decided to invest in automation. With 4 times reduced workforce costs by automation of carton removal, real-time sticker printing and palletizing of up to 1200t of cheese per month, they have established a strong position not only in the Baltics, but also worldwide!
